STEP 01 / RECALL
Say it before you reveal it.What can you say in a meeting?
Read each purpose. Say a useful phrase, then reveal one possible answer. Use four phrases with your own meeting details.
A reminder: arrangements, intentions and decisions
Already arranged: I’m meeting a customer at one.
Intention: We’re going to review the feedback.
Decision or offer now: I’ll send the agenda today.
Choose the form that matches your meaning. These are useful patterns, not rules that make every other form wrong.
STEP 02 / CLEAR SPEECH
Listen. Say it. Use it.Clear words, clear meeting details
Revisit the vowel work from PronPack 1.3 and 1.4. Choose two lines, listen if audio is available, then use the words in a complete sentence.
meet the team at three
a plan for the visit / a map of the office
first, turn right
Let’s meet at THREE THIRTY /
in ROOM D.
The slash shows a short pause. Stress the new time and the room. Also try “Let’s share the plan” and “First, turn right”.
Audio uses ElevenLabs’ Rachel voice, generated through Fal.ai. Choose natural or slower playback above. The examples are practice models, not pronunciation scores. Follow your teacher’s feedback on clarity.
STEP 03 / SPEAKING
A first try. Two improvements. A second try.A meeting after a customer visit
Prepare keywords, then record a 60–90-second meeting invitation. Include your plan, a time, a place and a next action. Use the fictional situation below.
Your Thursday schedule
- Already arranged
- Customer visit at 13:00
- Your free time
- 15:00–16:00
- Room D is free
- 15:00–16:00
Invite your manager to a 30-minute meeting to review customer feedback. Offer to send the agenda today. Start by suggesting 15:00.
Fictional practice. To reach Room D: take the lift to floor 2, turn left, then take the first door on the right.
Need a short model?
Hi. Are you free at three on Thursday for a thirty-minute meeting in Room D? I’m meeting a customer at one. We’re going to review their feedback afterwards. I’ll send the agenda today. Would three work for you?
Then close the model and use your own words. You do not need to fill every second.
Record and listen back optional
Audio stays in this tab. Download a take to keep it before leaving.
Or practise aloud without recording.
“I’m not free at three. Would three thirty work instead? How do I get to Room D?”
Now respond: agree a new time, give the directions and confirm the purpose and your next action. Then record your improved invitation using the new time.
Now speak again. Use your two improvements, the new time and fewer notes.
STEP 04 / NEXT LESSON

A useful habit
Choose one phrase that was difficult. Say it clearly, put it in a sentence, then use it again tomorrow.
